Embrace Self-Care & Serenity
Choose Your Treatment Length
We know that a long massage sounds incredibly nice, but it may not always be beneficial. Our team recommends a 1-hour maximum time for your first appointment. Depending on the massage, we adjust our techniques according to what your body needs. If you have any areas of pain you want extra care for, we will spend the additional time there.
This time frame is highly recommended when treating 1 or 2 areas. Whether you need head, neck, arms, legs, or feet relief, we can handle one or two of those places in 30-45 minutes. A full-body session will not be possible with this time frame.
1-hour to 75 minutes
If you’re coming in for a half or full-body treatment, 1 hour to 75 minutes is recommended. For frequent massage goers, an hour is perfect. If it has been six months or more since your last massage, consider a 90-minute session.
90-minutes to 2-hours
Full-body treatment is usually taken care of in a full 90-minute to 2-hour session. Your mind and body will have the ability to release stress organically, without a sense of urgency. As a result, the massage will almost feel longer than 2 hours.

Massage for Children
FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18
Every child needs a break from the stressors of school, sports, and other activities. With one of our children’s massages, your child can find the ability to sleep soundly and stay focused.
A 30-minute massage is recommended for a young child when stress can seem to take over their mental health and physical well-being. However, if the issue is chronic, we may recommend a 45-minute session.
We do require parents to be present during the massage.
30-minute Integrative Bodywork: $55
45-minute Integrative Bodywork: $70
30-minute Therapeutic Massage: $45
45-minute Therapeutic Massage: $60
Learn the methods and techniques of the ideal massage for your partner. Often we can’t always make an appointment and need some TLC. We will teach you how to safely massage several common areas of tension due to overuse, such as the: neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, legs, and feet. Each 90-minute session includes individual practice time.
This instruction will also improve communication as individuals learn to express their needs, learn to give and receive valuable feedback, and feel listened to and cared for.
Infant Massage Classes
Learn to relax and soothe your baby in our infant massage class. We will teach you easy techniques that will help ease their tummy and improve their sleep patterns. You can also deepen your bond with your baby through this comforting massage.
Each class is 60-minutes in length. The Level 2 classes are 75 minutes and just for parents. If your toddler is crawling or walking, then you are ready for our Level 2 class.
Throughout Level 2, you will learn techniques to support muscle development and greater body awareness as they continue to grow.
The price for the two-class series is $100. There is a $10 discount if you refer a friend who signs up with you for the class.
All classes will be taught by Rochele Jones, a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist.
