Our integrative bodywork massage is a blend of different therapeutic modalities, including CranioSacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Positional Release, Neuromuscular Facilitation, Reiki, and Acupressure. If you are looking to incorporate a specific technique please let us know at the time of booking so we can be sure to match you with the correct therapist for your needs.
It effectively treats acute injuries such as carpal tunnel, whiplash, and other chronic pain issues. We recommend integrative bodywork for physical traumas as well.
A 1-hour session will give the massage therapist more than enough time to focus on all areas of pain associated with the injury or source. Of course, multiple treatments may be necessary to fix the issue completely.

TheraCupping

Integrative Lymph Massage
The Integrative Lymph massage brings clients immediate relief after treatment. We decided to combine our therapeutic massage and lymph drainage massage to create the perfect method for pain healing.
The lymphatic drainage massage is a medically beneficial form of physical therapy for a range of lymphedema-related problems. Our expert, Jan, can help with any chronic lymph issue.

CranioSacral Therapy
Working with the bones of the skull and sacrum, CranioSacral Therapy balances the cerebrospinal fluid. This therapy is extremely gentle, very light pressure and works to re-balance soft tissue structures using specific holds. This works well for soft tissue that has been compromised by injury or trauma.
